Description:
Aquaforest AF Protect Dip is a disinfecting solution designed to cleanse coral surfaces and protect against common coral diseases such as tissue necrosis, bleaching, mycosis, Acropora Eating Flatworms (AEFW), and Brown Jelly Syndrome. Ideal for quarantining new coral additions, this formula is safe for use as it contains no iodine or oxidising agents.

Usage Instructions:

  1. Preparation:

    • Shake well before use.
    • Dissolve 2.5 ml of AF Protect Dip in 5 litres (1.3 gallons) of saltwater from your aquarium.

  2. Coral Bath:

    • Immerse the coral in the prepared dip.
    • Gently rinse or brush the coral surface to dislodge pests and debris.
    • Keep the coral in the dip for up to 5 minutes.

  3. Rinsing:

    • After dipping, transfer the coral to a separate container with clean saltwater to rinse off any residue.

  4. Reintroduction:

    • Once rinsed, the coral can be safely returned to your display tank.

Important Notes:

  • Do not reuse the dip solution.
  • Never pour used dip back into the aquarium.
  • Perform all dipping outside the main tank.
  • For aquarium use only — not for human consumption.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
