Description:
Aquaforest KH Plus is a highly concentrated solution formulated to raise and stabilise carbonate hardness (alkalinity) in marine aquariums. Alkalinity is critical for maintaining stable pH levels and supporting the healthy growth of corals and other marine organisms. KH Plus helps prevent sudden pH drops and creates optimal conditions for calcification and coral development.
Dosage:
- 10ml of KH Plus increases the dKH value by approximately 0.5° in 100 litres (27 US gallons) of water.
- The recommended carbonate hardness level in reef aquariums is between 6.5 – 8.5 dKH.
- Dosage should be based on regular KH testing and the specific consumption of your aquarium system.
- It is not recommended to raise dKH by more than 0.5° per day.
